About The Chamber
The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1947 by a group of dedicated leaders in Merced who realized the enormous potential of the Hispanic business community. The Hispanic Chamber was formed so that the needs of this particular community would be well represented through the public and private sector. Today HIspanic Chamber has grown to serve Merced County and is a community oriented organization designated as a 501 (c) (6) and is a prominent member of the business sector. We offer many valuable resources, programs and services to help your company grow.
The Hispanic Chamber is fundamentally about assisting businesses in maximizing their marketing profile into a local economy. From a business development perspective, this translates into retaining exiting businesses and encouraging their expansion while attracting new business into Merced County. |
Mission Statement
The mission of the Hispanic Chamber is to promote small business (and the profitable markets they serve) and economic development; provide a forum in which business issues are advocated; to encourage, network and market our memberships, products and services; and to create partnerships that will benefit and enhance the business climate and community throughout Merced County. |
